Our team

Supporting in multiple languages, from 9 countries and with an average tenure of 8 years, our people are the experts when it comes to travel in the non-profit sectors.

Knowledge & experience

Working at Key Travel means being united around our common purpose of helping others do good and that includes nurturing our own people to achieve their very best.

Our Operations teams really are experts in their field, and we continue to invest in training, development and employee benefits, as well as new technology. We know that investing in our own people can go on to make a big difference for those whose purpose it is, to change the world for the better.

In fact, we created a unique training programme for customer service in Operations called 'KT Sparkle', to give our agents the ability to grow and broaden their skills. It's a module based learning programme split into 3 learning levels, KT Sparkle – Diploma, KT Sparke- Masters and KT Sparkle – Doctorate, and is linked directly to our customers' work.

Whether you need to arrange a complex itinerary or reach a remote location, getting personalised service from a knowledgeable, highly experienced consultant is invaluable.
