***TRAVEL BULLETIN - Middle East Travel Disruption***

Update 4th March: Due to ongoing disruption affecting airspace and airline operations in the Middle East, our teams are prioritising support for customers with imminent travel.  If your trip is planned for later dates, please refer to the customer email we shared on Saturday for advice and contact us closer to departure if needed.  Thank you for your understanding.

Original message: We are currently receiving a high volume of calls, please do not call us if you enquiry related to non-imminent travel e.g. travel taking place outside of the next 72hrs. As phone lines are busy, if you require support (with imminent travel) and have not yet contacted us, you can send us an email with 'Middle East' in the subject.   These emails are being filtered and prioritised to ensure urgent cases are handled as quickly as possible.  

You can either email your dedicated reservations team or use reservations@keytravel.com  Please ensure you use “Middle East” in the subject line. 

We will continue to monitor developments closely.  We will also continue to prioritise responses to calls and emails to those in the regions affected, followed by those with travel scheduled in the next 72hrs. 

If you are traveling within the next 72 hours, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Contact the airline directly / check airline websites, before heading to any airports, to check the current status of your flight and the airline policy for changes / cancellations.
  • Check official government websites for advice on contacting embassies or registering your location.
  • Ensure passenger contact details are updated in the airlines Manage My Booking section to receive the latest travel information.
  • Allow additional time to monitor updates and alternative arrangements.

Please note that advice and airline operations are changing frequently.  Airline websites and apps will provide the most up to date flight status and policy updates and official government websites  should be checked for details on how to register your location and advice to follow.
